What is Individual Program Design?

To keep it simple, your workouts are designed for you. 

Do you offer Group Classes?

Our 60 Minute GPP classes, Strength Club, and running club happen Spring-Fall in the Side Lot.  

How do I get my Individual Design workouts?

We deliver all of your workouts through our mobile app. Your coach will walk you through the app

I just like to lift. Can I do that at your gym?

Y E S. You work closely with your coach to make sure your program meets all of your expectations. If that means you want 5 days of full body resistance training, 3 days of Powerlifting or 4 Days of Olympic Lifting, we have you covered. You need a current membership in order to workout at Sal's.
